1.Product introduction

This series of coal-fired air furnace (Patent No. : ZL201320790774X) is a new energy-saving and environmental friendly hot air system composed of fluidized bed combustion technology combined with high efficiency jet pipe and plug-in tube heat exchanger. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, stable heating, high degree of automation, wide load regulation and so on. It has been widely used in kaolin, white carbon black, water purifier, potassium fluoride, gypsum powder, chemical dyes, nano calcium carbonate, food and medicine and other drying fields.

2.Main performance and characteristics

(1) Designed waste heat comprehensive recovery system, heating system comprehensive thermal efficiency is more than 80%, coal burning rate is more than 99%, high thermal intensity;
(2) High thermal efficiency, more than 20% higher than the chain furnace;
(3) The amount of hot flue gas dust entrainment is less than 5% to reduce the erosion and wear of the air heat exchanger end;
(4) Stable heating, wide load regulation, heating range in the rated capacity of 50%~110%;
(5) Combustible coal with low heating value > 8360kJ/kg(2000kcal/kg);
(6) Intermittent operation of the fire pressure time can be more than 24 hours;
(7) Slag carbon content is less than 1%, good activity, is a good cement admixture material;
(8) High degree of electrification, simple operation, low labor intensity, 1~2 workers per shift;
(9) The fuel preparation is simple, and the coal is crushed to less than 10mm and directly burned in the furnace.
